Jeff capitalizes on his multifaceted technical knowledge with his passion for implementing immersive solutions, which has given him a proven track record of producing one-of-a-kind solutions for clients. Jeff has previously served as a senior vice president of operations, chief technology officer, and technical director for diverse technology companies. Jeff has also taught numerous computer courses during his career. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from DeVry University in Computer Sciences with an emphasis in Simulation Design.

Hardware Requirements:

• This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac. Mac users are encouraged to have access to a Windows environment on their device.

Software Requirements:

• PC: Windows 8 or later.
• Mac: macOS 10.6 or later.
• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.

Other:

• Email capabilities and access to a personal email account.

• CompTIA recommends all A+ exam applicants having up to 12 months of hands-on experience in the lab or field before taking the certification exam. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems—for example, how to power up and log on to a machine, how to use a mouse and keyboard, and basic Microsoft Windows navigation skills.

  This course is for you if you're interested in pursuing a career in information technology, specifically related to PC technology. This course will prepare you obtain a CompTIA A+ Certification designation.

Classes begin daily. Must complete program within 12 weeks timeframe. All classes commence in May of schoolyear.
