High School Diploma or Equivalent highly recommended, but NOT required. Students must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language in addition to performing basic math functions of multiplication, addition and subtraction. Clinical Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam (within the last 12 months), 2 Step TB skin testing and Proof of Covid Vaccination (if applicable) or Medical / Religious Exemption which must be provided prior to clinicals (NO EXCEPTIONS). PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the state examination (initial testing only), criminal background check, (1) set of uniform, (1) name badge and student liability insurance are included in the miscellaneous costs.
