To become an instructor you must hold an Indiana license for the program of Instruction they are planning to be an Instructor in. You must hold a license in the area of study you are teaching so the Instructor for the program must be a licensed Indiana Instructor.
The course of study is to instruct the student in basic teaching methods and techniques. The course will prepare them for immediate employment opportunities. The cosmetology profession is in need of well-trained qualified teachers. This course of study is planned to present a program for the training of the personnel required to supply that need.
The person must either hold an Indiana License in Esthetics, Cosmetology or Manicurist to enroll in this program.
