Instructors are required to hold a Master's Degree, preferrably an MBA, MAOL, or other business related degree program.
This non-credit, three-course certificate prepares military personnel and other adults in transitionsituations to successfully navigate the movement to civilian service in leadership, management, and direct supervision roles. Candidates gain an understanding of the private enterprise system, methods of initiating businesses, networking with peers, and the unique elements of corporate culture. Candidates will also develop an understanding of the dynamics of business and best practices for effective communication across large and small organizations. There is a focus on critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to encourage positive interactions and measurable collective accomplishments.
The first cohort will begin on April 13, 2021.
This program does not have application deadlines. This program allows for open enrollment throughout the year.
