Tim Guay is a leader in Scrum-Agile best practices with a proven track record. He is experienced in introducing Scrum into organizations, providing Scrum training and coaching, as well as Scrum developer best practices. Tim is well-versed in migration from traditional waterfall to Agile software development processes at both the team and enterprise level.

Certified in Scrum (CSP, CSM & CSD), Agile (PMI-ACP) and Lean Six Sigma (LSSS), he has delivered Agile training and coaching to a wide-range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations since 2002. He has also developed, co-developed and acted as technical editor on a wide-variety of Scrum, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma courseware. Tim is a great believer in the Shu-Ha-Ri process of Scrum team development. As an instructor, he has been certified by both Learning Tree International and The Training Associates. He has also been awarded Hawaiian Telcom's Hui Lanakila Award for Employee Excellence in his role as a technical trainer.
