Indiana Tech’s Production Management Undergraduate Certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to plan, budget and monitor a plant’s production. Topics include management theory and practice, design of production systems, safety programs in work settings, human behavior and motivation, project management and project planning techniques and systems.
