Program instructors are NCCER Certified Instructors credentialed through NCCER’s National Credentialing and Certification Program, holding certifications as Certified Instructors, Curriculum Performance Evaluators, and Module Test Proctors. Instructors have journeyman-level experience in the construction industry and actively teach NCCER curriculum through Ivy Tech Community College. In addition, instructors own and operate MET Construction, LLC and lead a nonprofit workforce development program, Constructing Futures, providing direct alignment with employer needs and career placement pathways. This combination of industry leadership, instructional credentials, and workforce development experience ensures high-quality training aligned with industry and regional workforce demands. The program also supports individuals from underserved populations, including at-risk youth and individuals returning from incarceration, by providing structured pathways into sustainable careers.
