Instructors must have, at minimum, a two-year degree from a recognized institution or national accrediting body related to the topic they are assigned to teach, or at least two years of practical experience in the major area they are assigned to teach. In addition, they must hold the required certification taught (CIW), as well as complete the Eleven Fifty Academy Training program. This ensures both technical competence and instructional skill to have a positive, impactful experience for students. Eleven Fifty Academy uses a team approach. Students receive support from their instructors, as well as the Student Success Team and Career Services Team who all specialize in a different aspect of the student experience.
