Related Instruction Faculty are primarily professors at Ivy Tech who have educational or industry credentials that meet or exceed the schools requirements.  OJT provided at the plant is provided by Electromechanic Journeyworkers.  

Potential apprentice must take a proctored mechanical aptitude test through Ramsey system and recieve a passing grade of at least 50%,interview with local JATC Committe.  Upon completion of the testing and interview all applicants that meet criteria are sorted and awarded by seniority.

Applications are accepted as needed, they are posted per the CBA and are accepted for 30 days after initial posting
