Holder of a relevant Industry Certification: ?SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP?
- 10 years in the field

Ivy Tech Faculty Standards for programs in Sales and Business:
- Possesses an earned baccalaureate or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution, and
- Completed academic preparation and/or work experience appropriate to the program being credentialed to teach for, and
- Holds professional certification in the field.

Program Description:

The curriculum includes application exercises that develop specific competencies and decision-making skills. It is offered in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is effective way to pursue your Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. The cortication preparation program consistently beats the national pass rate.
