Our esthetics program provides comprehensive training to prepare students for careers in skincare and beauty, focusing on both technical skills and client-centered care. As an esthetics student, you can expect to learn:

  1. Anatomy and Physiology: Understanding the structure and function of the skin is essential for estheticians. This includes learning about different skin types, conditions, and how various treatments can affect the skin.

  2. Skincare Treatments: Esthetics students learn about facials, masks, exfoliation techniques, and other skincare treatments designed to cleanse, hydrate, and rejuvenate the skin.

  3. Hair Removal Techniques: Waxing, threading, and sugaring are common hair removal methods taught in school. Students learn proper techniques to safely and effectively remove unwanted hair from various parts of the body.

  4. Makeup Application: Estheticians often provide makeup services to clients, so students learn about color theory, product selection, and application techniques for different occasions and skin types.

  5. Client Consultation and Communication: Effective communication is crucial in esthetics to understand clients' needs, preferences, and any skin concerns they may have. Students learn how to conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized recommendations.

  6. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is essential in esthetics to prevent the spread of infections. Students are taught proper sanitation protocols for tools, equipment, and workspaces.

  7. Business and Professional Skills: Many estheticians work in spas, salons, or run their own businesses. Therefore, students learn about business management, marketing, customer service, and other professional skills necessary for success in the industry.

  8. Specialized Treatments: In addition to our required curriculum, we offer courses on specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and other advanced skincare techniques.
