Description

National Restaurant Association Manager First Program Instructor and Proctor.

The MBA of NWI Culinary Start-Up program will offer a forty-five hour program within a 60 day time frame, covering the literature, economics, management, techniques, and lab  of culinary measurements and arts.   Candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Completion with the opportunity for ServSafe Certification and to participate in a graduation ceremony.   Candidates will be required to have an minimum of a high school diploma and attend 90% of the class instruction.   .
