Qualifications of Instructors:

Our minimum credentials for our instrucors are as follows: 1. All instructors must be approved by an ATS Sponsor Representative to be a NCCER Certified instructor. 2. Must have a minimum of (at least 4 years) experience technician-level in their area of expertise or a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a certified teacher on a vocational / technical construction or maintenance-related training program. 3.Documentation of an instructor’s qualifications must be reviewed and approved by Sponsor Representative or the qualified personnel and kept on file by using one of the following methods: -A diploma from an acceptable secondary or post-secondary institution in the field(s) to be taught / evaluated or a resume documenting actual experience in curriculum title or specific module(s) the individual tends to teach or Documented evidence of a successful completion of National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP) assessment in the appropriate fields or A license granted by a state in the field(s) to be taught / evaluated or Relevant certification by a State Department of Education.

Computer Skills and Training Centers Solar Panel Installer Classes Collaborating with Center of Workforce Innovation (CWI). Our program includes the basic fundamental topics such as photovoltaic technology, solar energy and various types of solar panels and their efficiency, electrical principles and safety protocols, site assessment and system design, installation techniques and best practices, wiring connections, maintenance and troubleshooting, and environmental considerations.

We provide solar panel installation training which is a comprehensive educational initiative that provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the field of solar panel installation. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on training, participants will gain a deep understanding of solar energy systems and their installation processes. Led by experienced instructors, the program offers interactive learning activities, networking opportunities with industry professionals, and a NCCER Certification upon completion. Our program is suitable and available for individuals seeking to enter the solar energy industry or expand their knowledge in renewable energy technologies.
