They must have a CDL in the course they are instructing (example: Must posses Class B CDL to instruct Class B course), and have at least 2 years of work experience in CDL driving. Must also go through our Trainer's onboarding and prep.
The CDL Class A – 300 Hours with Permit Prep program offers an extensive and immersive training experience designed to prepare students for a successful career in commercial trucking. This 300-hour course combines detailed permit preparation with hands-on yard and road training, ensuring students acquire the skills and confidence needed to excel in Class A driving. The program begins with 40 hours of online permit preparation, covering essential topics such as General Knowledge, Combination Vehicles, and Air Brakes. Following this, students engage in 260 hours of in-person training, including practical yard exercises and real-world road driving. With the benefit of unlimited road tests, students have ample opportunities to refine their driving skills before their official CDL exam. The program also provides access to both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and includes a driving simulator to enhance learning. Lifetime job placement assistance is offered to support graduates throughout their careers in the transportation industry.
Must have a drivers license and be at least the age of 18 (in IN), and at least the age of 21 (other states).
