The curriculum was designed for the entry-level sales service associate as a tool increasing awareness of and improving skills related to front line work in a retail environment. Intended to be part of the first phase along a continuum of training and earning credentials, the Customer Service and Sales curriculum is aligned with industry standards, as determined and validated by retail companies across the United States, and it is designed to help prepare candidates for both the Customer Service and Sales credential issue by the NRF Foundation.
NRF Customer Service & Sales course is offered at any time during Whitewater Adult Education's program year, generally running from August through May
