ServSafe Manager Certification program is the industry's leading food safety and traing certification program and is a key ingredient to help food service operations keep their customers and employees safe.  ServSafe training helps the student understand and identify all the food safety risks in an operation and provides knowledge to perform managerial duties.  All aspects of food service management including by not limited to: foodborne microorganisms and allergens; personal hygiene; proper food handling during all steps of the process including purchasing, receiving, storage, preparing, cooking, and serving; facilities management; cleaning and sanitation, and pest management.  The course will consist of 12 classroom/distance learning hours of adult education and literacy; 12 classroom/distance learning hours of WIN Essential Soft Skills; 14 hours of ServSafe training/instruction; 2 hour certification exam.  For a total of 40 hours.
