The director of training and operations possesses the following Industry Recognized Credentials as well as Instructor Certifications:

* 2025- Certified Community Licensed Master Trainer

* 2013-Heavy Equipment Operations (NCCER)

-Certified Curriculum Performance Evaluator (NCCER)

-Certified Module Test Proctor (NCCER)

- Certified Curriculum Performance Evaluator (NCCER)

* 2013 - Certified HVAC Instructor (NCCER)

* 1999 - Electrical Instructor (NCCER)

Note: Upon passing the course requirements with a minimum of 80% completion, students will receive an industry-recognized credential, " Machinery Conveyor Tipper Operator IRC."

Program Description:

This Machine Tool Technology training offers a unique style of training, including a robotic-type tipper with emergency stop buttons for safety. Preventive Maintenance (PM) requirements, as well as various levels of Technical Maintenance, are provided for trained and qualified operators. Conveyor belt technicians will obtain on-the-job training as an ABC specialist. picker and sorter. This ABC stands for the student being skilled in recognizing:

A. = Aluminum picking that must be recognized against steel and other look-alikes

B = Boards (Grade 1, Grade 2, and Mid-Grade Boards) must be recognized as a distinction between each Grade.

C. = Copper must be recognized in other housing components such as transformers, capacitors, and rubber wiring

and other items being picked and sorted, containing copper. .
