To be eligible for the cosmetology apprenticeship program at Maison de Lilly Beauty Academy, applicants must meet the following prerequisites:

Be at least 17 years old at the time of enrollment. Proof of age is required.

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED. Official transcripts or a copy of the diploma must be submitted during the enrollment process.

Complete a program orientation and interview with the apprenticeship coordinator to determine readiness, commitment, and suitability for the program.

Submit a completed application packet, including:

Proof of residency and legal ability to work in the U.S.

Government-issued photo ID

Personal statement of interest

Two references (personal or professional)

Commit to a structured training schedule, including both related instruction (classroom/online learning) and on-the-job training (salon floor experience).

Sign the Apprenticeship Agreement and Training Contract, acknowledging the program terms, compensation schedule, wage progression, and expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct.

Willingness to work at least 30–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, as part of the registered training hours.
