Youth Grooming & Beauty Career Foundations Certificate Program

This certificate program is a fast-paced, hands-on introduction to the core disciplines of the beauty and grooming industry. Students ages 16–24 are introduced to barbering, basic cosmetology, and nail technology in a hybrid model that blends online theory with in-person labs. The program is designed to spark interest in career pathways, promote professionalism, and build essential grooming skills aligned with current industry expectations. Participants gain exposure to client safety, equipment handling, basic cuts, skin prep, manicuring, and salon protocol—while developing confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation for work-based learning or future licensure. No prior experience is required.
