Description

Licensed Instructors in the field of Cosmetology partnered with the oversight of a licensed Journeymen onsite. 

Barbering is a professional occupation servicing a client's head, face, neck or shoulders for cosmetic purposes.  This includes cutting, shaping, styling, curling, permanent waving, lightening, coloring and tinting hair. Barbers are also permitted to shave & groom the beard and facial hair and provide appropriate skin care to the face and neck.
