Minimum Instructor Credentials – Advanced eClinical Training
At Advanced eClinical Training, instructional staff are held to rigorous standards to ensure high-quality, industry-aligned education across all programs. For the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) course and related healthcare offerings, instructors must meet the following minimum qualifications:

National Certification in the subject area being taught (e.g., Certified Clinical Medical Assistant [CCMA] through the National Healthcareer Association, or equivalent)

A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting

A postsecondary degree in a health sciences or related field (Associate’s or higher preferred)

Demonstrated experience in online or hybrid instruction, with a focus on student engagement and accessibility

Familiarity with industry-aligned curricula and best practices for preparing students for credentialing exams
