Qualifications of Instructors:

The instructor for this course is required to have at a minimum an associate's degree in accounting, a certification in Quickbooks, and at least 2 years of experience in the accounting field.

Program Description:

Students will be provided with an instructor-led class, an online learning platform that includes practice tests, and an exam voucher with a retake.

The instructor will lead the class through an online learning platform that covers modules like Set up and Organization, Money In and Out (accounts payable and receivable), Accounts, Rules, and Receipts.

After each module, students will take a post-assessment to ensure that the learning objectives have been met. After all the modules, students sill then take practice test and trainings to ensure skills have been gained.

Prerequisites Description:

Basic computer literacy, including the ability to navigate web browsers, manage files, and use common software applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). As well as strong fundamental skills in math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. Familiarity with basic accounting concepts such as assets, liabilities, income, and expenses is strongly encouraged.
