Description

Practical experiences

  • Entrepreneurial Experience: Direct experience in starting, owning, and operating a business is highly valued for entrepreneurship faculty.
  • Significant Business Experience: Extensive professional experience in business, particularly at the management or executive level, can be considered as relevant expertise.
  • Consulting and Mentorship: Engagement in consulting activities or working with businesses in areas relevant to the teaching discipline can also be considered.

This micro course is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are ready to take their business idea from concept to official registration and launch in just six weeks. From day one, they’ll begin brainstorming and shaping their business ideas with the goal of having a fully registered and launch-ready business by the end of the program.

Program overview

For years we believed that entrepreneurs are born as the skills that one requires to be an entrepreneur are said to be innate and not acquired. That belief is not true anymore - entrepreneurship can be taught.

Through this WEA 6-Week Entrepreneurial Micro course program, participants will learn how to take the plunge to become an entrepreneur and imbibe management skills to administer early days of their venture. This program will benefit not only aspiring and present entrepreneurs, but also those who are in companies and would like to engage in intrapreneurial activities.
