    • Quality Management

    • Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

    • Food Science or Pharmaceutical Science (if industry-specific)

    • Business Administration with a focus on operations or management

  • Master’s degree (preferred) for lead instructors or advanced modules

  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM)

  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

  • HACCP Certification (for food-related programs)

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification (optional but beneficial)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance management

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)

    • Conducting audits and inspections

    • Applying ISO, GMP, or HACCP standards

    • Leading QA teams and continuous improvement initiatives
