Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
Demonstrated experience in:
Implementing and managing food safety programs (HACCP, GMP)
Conducting audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and state regulations
Leading teams in production or food processing environments
4?? Teaching or Training Competency
Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners or workforce participants in food safety or compliance programs
TOT (Training of Trainers) certification preferred for workforce programs
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to translate technical compliance concepts into actionable workplace practices
