Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Manufacturing/Operations experience and experience running continuous improvement projects in a manufactuiring/operations setting. .
Advanced Manufacturing Skills for Success: Lean & Six Sigma is designed to upskill or reskill both incumbent and non-incumbent workers to take Team Lead and/or Supervisory roles in an advanced manufacturing/operations organization. As costs continue to rise, successful organizations turn to the tools and techniques taught in the program to reduce costs and improve efficiencies through continuous improvement. This 10-day (80 hour) program teaches the participants the skills necessary to be part of a continuous improvement team and better position them for the roles listed above. Successful participants will receive the Industry-Promoted ASQ Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification as well as a Purdue MEP Certificate of Completion. Participants must have a basic understanding of computers and how to operate them.
