The CDL Enhancement program takes place in the first forty hours of the 200 hour program.  The course focuses on study and practice of all requirements and test components, including Commercial Learner's Permits, Pre-Trip Inspection, Test Taking/Memorization/Reading strategies, and CDL practice tests and reviews.  This course begins two weeks prior to the start of the Truck Driver Training program giving valuable intensive study opportunities early.  It continues alongside the Truck Driver Training program with support and follow-up for any student needs.

The remaining 160 hour Professional Truck Driver Training Program is ideal for individuals with no prior knowledge or experience in the truck driving industry. This course provides a fundamental working knowledge of the varied aspects of the trucking industry and prepares students for an entry level position as a tractor and trailer driver with a trucking company. Students will become familiar with the “Rules and Regulations” governing the industry as well experiencing hands on driving techniques designed to prepare them to successfully pass both the written and practical portions of the State’s CDL A driver’s license test. Carrer opportunities include: Long-Haul Drivers Pick-Up and Delivery Services Drivers Driver/Sales, Route Drivers Hazardous / Waste Materials Driver Services.
