Lippert University has created the Lippert Leadership program to provide work-based learning opportunities for existing Lippert Team Members to develop the skills necessary to work in leadership and professional roles within the advanced manufacturing environment of the modern manufacturing sector. Working with local Technical Instructional Partners, for example Ivy Tech, we will provide certification opportunities through nationally recognized organizations including, but not limited to, Six Sigma Global Institute, Purdue Manufacturing Education Program, Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM), SC Pro, and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Team Members in the Lippert Leadership Pre-Apprenticeship program will also complete internal training specific to leadership standards at Lippert. The Related Technical Instruction and the accompanying on-the-job training while working for Lippert will position these team members to advance a career within Lippert and the advanced manufacturing sector.
