This program prepares adult learners (18+) to enter the healthcare field as entry-level clinical medical assistants, culminating in the nationally recognized NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential. The curriculum is delivered through a standardized Clinical Medical Assistant module sequence (Modules CMA-101–CMA-112), supplemented by Skilled US Essentials and Employability Soft Skills pre-training workshops, and individualized 1:1 coaching.
The program is delivered Monday–Thursday, 4 hours a day over 12 weeks of in-person instruction in a clinical training environment. Weekly 1:1 coaching supplements hands-on lab time (2 hrs). The NHA CCMA written and practical competency assessments serve as the Measurable Skill Gain (MSG) indicator for WIOA Title II reporting.
