The term of the apprenticeship is 3 years with an OJL attainment of 6000 hours,
supplemented by the minimum required 896 hours of related instruction.
The apprentice to journeyworker ratio is: 1 Apprentice(s) to1 Journeyworker(s) per job site.
Apprentices shall be paid a progressively increasing schedule of wages based on
either a percentage or a dollar amount of the current hourly Journeyworker
wage rate, which is also called End Wage: $26.50

1st 1000 hours = $20.75 4th 1000 hours = $21.50
2nd 1000 hours = $21.00 5th 1000 hours = $21.75
3rd 1000 hours = $21.25 6th 1000 hours = $22.00
