Associate degree or higher in the applicable subject area; or at least two years of practical experience in the applicable field combined with professional licensure or an industry-recognized certification.
The Property Management Certificate Program prepares students for entry-level roles supporting property management operations, leasing activities, tenant relations, and property administration. The program provides online instruction in property management fundamentals, leasing and tenant relations, property operations, maintenance and risk, accounting and compliance, and property technology. Students also develop complementary skills in digital marketing and analytics and complete a 60-hour supervised externship to apply their knowledge in a property management environment.
CareerDriven Institute’s next cohort will begin in November 2026. Beginning in 2027, the Institute will enroll students in three regular cohorts each year, with program start dates scheduled for the third Monday of February, June, and October. Additional enrollment dates may be established as needed.
