Master's degree.
Students selecting this curriculum will be undertaking the first two years of a four-year degree program leading to licensing as a teacher of subject matter in the secondary school. While there is a core of courses required in this curriculum, students must also choose a minimum of twelve (12) credit hours of subject area course work. These subject area courses include (with VU division area) agriculture, earth sciences, biology, mathematics, and physics (Science and Mathematics); art, English, modern foreign language, family and consumer sciences, journalism, economics, history, political science, psychology, and sociology (Humanities/Social Science).
