Master's degree.
This curriculum leads to an A.S. degree in natural resources and environmental sciences (NRES) with concentrations inagriculture, earth science, forestry and conservation, geography, and geology. Depending upon the concentration selected, thiscurriculum is an excellent preparation for continuing in bachelor's degrees in these, as well as affiliated areas of study. Theagriculture concentration is a cooperative undergraduate program between Vincennes University and Purdue University. Studentscompleting the agriculture concentration may transfer directly to Purdue University or other baccalaureate institutions. Theforestry and conservation concentration is likewise aligned for easy Purdue transfer, and other concentrations have regional"2+2" agreements with area universities. For all concentrations, students should check and follow the specific degreerequirements at transfer institutions where they intend to complete their baccalaureate degree. Students with a bachelor's degreein any of these areas have excellent job and graduate school opportunities.
