Refund Policy:RESQ Health and Safety Training offers many learning opportunities as well as classes. We understand that at times students and learners may not be able to meet or complete coursework or training. One Day Courses or Training: If you are unable to attend a course or training we ask that you contact our office at 317-786-7260. We will do our best to re-schedule your learning if this is not possible we will issue you a full refund.Courses or Training requiring a Registration and/ or lab fee:A full refund of Registration and/ or lab fees will be given up to 14 days prior to class start, after that time you may withdraw from the course or training but no refund of Registration and/or lab fees will be possible.Tuition:Courses or training requiring tuition will have refunds prorated based on number of classes having been taught. There will be no refunds after the fourth class of any course or training offered. Schedule of refunds: Refund Credit1st day of classes 100% of Tuition2nd day of classes 75% of Tuition3rd day of classes 50% of Tuition4th day of classes and thereafter No RefundRESQ Health and Safety Training respects and understands that not every learner's situation may be managed in this policy.
