CNA program: Must be at least 16 years of age, have no felony convictions in the last seven years, have not been convicted of abuse or neglect of the dependent population, must have at least an eighth grade level of comprehension. QMA program: Must be at least 18 years of age, must be able to read and write in English, must be able to perform math calculations at a 9-10th grade level, must have a high school diploma or GED with an approved Indiana State Department of Education school, must have worked 1000 hours as a CNA.HHA program: must be at least 18 years of age, must be able to read and write in English, must pass a comprehensive background check, must be able to pass a competency evaluation.
