Program Description:

the Purdue Northwest Organizational Leadership and Supervision program focuses onleadership skills that can be applied to a business and industrial environments. Highlights of the program includes instruction in organizational planning, dynamics of leadership, finance, team building, conflict resolution and mediation, communication and other management skills. Also offered with the OLS major is coursework in Enviromental Health and Safety.
