The mission and vision of TransformationServices, Inc (TSI) is to provide Substance Abuse Training during and after treatment. We have found that our ¿90 days or     less¿ approach not only provides a path to a career, but one that reinforces sobriety. Often individuals that are interested in this career, are in recovery themselves,    and having this education makes relapse less likely. In Indiana, (and many states) licensing is "graduated", meaning you do not have to have a degree to begin in the   field. (The graduated license here is Licensed Addiction Counselor Associate).  Our training focuses on the unemployed, to underemployed, employees, and              business owners. One of our company goals is to offer health care to everyone with a focus on minority communities and in doing so increase the number of minority  providers in mental health and substance abuse care. Our students provide services in-person, but also digitally (telephonically, face time, Skype). TSI provides EAP  services subcontracting for large local firms like FEI, and national insurers such as Miners. We have found that many EAP¿s like the immediacy, and safety of our ¿first  responder¿, or ¿check-in¿ model.  
Further, for mental health and substance abuse companies, TSI also offers AODA training and CEU¿s for the Prevention Specialist/in Training, as well as the advanced licenses Clinical/Substance Abuse Counselors, Intermediate Clinical Supervisor, Independent Clinical Supervisor, as well as sub-specialty substance abuse education and supervision for the Mental Health- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). We hire our students, and/or provide on-site job referrals. We function as a                 consortium; our therapists have a wide range of expertise and backgrounds. Our facility GreenCircle offers a growing environment that also supports a Social             Entrepreneurship Incubator for Professionals and Professionals to Be. This has allowed us to win government contracting, which they can subcontract from us as well as gain access to our microloan program. The Healing Garden component of our treatment program has had available an outdoor alternative, allowing clients to learn and practice effective stress management techniques. A walking track on our roof and a naturalistic location for therapy offers a calm oasis in a busy urban locale.     This provides a setting for the development of effective wellness strategies that until now for the client have been self-destructive choices (alcohol, drugs, cigarettes,   food etc). We now offer the Healing Garden for both staff and students. TransformationServices, Inc. believes that health care is a growth industry. For Individuals,     Businesses,Community,  and now the Government, Social Entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of our business.
