Must be a licensed CNA and Licensed Practical Nurse
Under the supervison of registered nurse or licensed practial nurse, this program will prepare CNA students for the statecertification exam. Astudent will be required to successfuly complete a combination of classroom hours at the JEL career center and clincal hours (at a nursing home, TBD)for a total of 108 hours to take the state certification exam.
18 years of age High School Diploma or working towards an HSED Clean criminal background Black scrubs (top and bottom) for Clincals Two-step TB test
18 students per class.Once the numbers are reached, students can be enrolled in the next class.
