Program faculty are required to have at least 5 years of work experience in Business Operations and Administration and a high school diploma or GED. An Industry specific certification is preferred prior to employment OR required to obtain within 1 year of beginning employment per the employees individual Professional development. The Organization does offerreimbursement assistance to obtain an industry recognized certification.
This program trains individuals on how to plan, organize, direct, and control the administration and operations of a business. The course includes instruction on human resources management and behavior, accounting and other measurable practices, procuring and logistics, production, marketing, and overal business management.
Basics understanding of mathematics, Microsoft Office Products such as Word & Excel and powerpoint.
Class deadlines are at least 1 week prior to start date of class.
