Students are required to have 120 hours of instruction to be able to receive their CDL. Our program offers 40 hours of classroom instruction (videos, quizes, discussions). 80 hours of yard instruction (pre-trip, basic vehicle control, straight line backing, alley dock backing, turns, couple/uncoupling etc) and behind the wheel driving on interstates and city driving. (exiting, ramps, air brakes, turns, upgrade, down grades, emergency stop and start, intersections, etc)
