LA program consists of the course requirements approved by the EMS Commission. Section 1 - Sections 14. Additional Indiana requirements will be Indiana Driving Law: Hazardous Materials Awareness, Esophageal, Tracheal, Multi-Lumen, and Supraglottic airway Peripheral IV Maintenance: POST Training. Practicum hours completed on Ambulance.
Students must possess a GED/HS diploma, Must have their Hep B and Flu shots as well as their PPB immunization. Must have a clean background check and clean/negative drug screen, and current CPR card. Must have PSID number for NIMS/Acadis portal
