Qualifications of Instructors:

Registered Nurse with Nurse Aide Training Program and Qualified Medication Aide Training ProgramDirector/Delegated Instructor Certificate through ISDH also including CPR certifiaction with program.

Program Description:

The QMA program is an 8 week program targeted at training current CNA's in skills that will allow to safely and effectively assist a licensed nurse in medication administration, low level treatments. The student must have a documetnted work record of at least 1000 hours as a CNA prior to admittance in the QMA program. The QMA state exam will be covered by tuition for the 1st attempt, all other attempts will be covered by the student.
