Program faculty are required to have aminimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Management Role.
2000 hours of on-the-job learning is completed in conjunction with 144 hours of related training and coaching for performance. Technical topics taught in the apprenticeship include: fundamentals of project management, budgeting, risk management, project initiation, project execution, agile project management, leading people and teams, using platforms (Jira & Asana) to manage projects, and a capstone project. Topics included in leadership skills coaching are mindset for success, and productivity/time.
18 years of age or older except where a higher age is required by law. Must be employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A two or four-year degree is preferred.
New Apprenticeship operates on a rolling admissions deadline with cohorts beginning monthly.
