The Qualified Medication Aide Program is a 6 week program that requires 60 hours of classroom time and 40 hours of practicum time. The QMA is also trained to administer insulin and do blood glucose testing. The program is all inclusive and the participant does everything needed through our facility.
Must be a CNA with at least 1000 hours of work time in a long term care setting and/or assisted living.
