Daughters of Destiny Community Health Workers Apprentices' learn the basic health care services such as first aid, and administering basic preventive treatments. Apprentices' learn to maintain updated client records with plans, notes, appropriate forms, or related information with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individual client care plans. Daughter of Destiny Community Health Workers Apprentices' build communication skills through creative and analytical thinking with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.  Apprentices' build skills in computer usage, advising clients or community groups on health issues, monitoring clients to evaluate treatment progress, teaching life skills or strategies to clients or their families, and leading classes or community events.
