This course designed to train individuals to conduct urine drug screen collections under the 49 CFR Part 40 (DOT) regulations.

• 49 CFR Part 40 Procedures & Regulations via self-pace module
• Course topics include qualification requirements for collectors, trainers, and monitors, responsibilities of the collector as the gatekeeper of the process, important definitions, how to complete the Custody and Control Form, steps in the collection process, and a written examination. 
• Demonstrate proficienty of 5 mock tests.  The required 5 Mock Collections that each participant must complete error free in order to officially become qualified. 
• The 5 mock collections include two uneventful collection scenarios, one insufficient quantity of urine scenario, one temperature out of range scenario, and one scenario in which the employee refuses to sign the CCF
