Students will learn to be a facilitator and coach who implements Scrum in a way that drives quick business outcomes in a changing market while enriching personal and team performance. We will start the course by organizing into Scrum teams. You’ll be able to experience the Scrum Master role by taking part in games and exercises firsthand. While in your Scrum team, students will create a product backlog, prioritize it, and manage a burndown chart. This program teaches skill sets of analysis and problem solving which are essential for modern management.Additionally, this program teaches skills in establishing objectives, metrics, feedback, and process mapping necessary for process improvement.
