1st week of the course classroom setting teaching General knowledge, Combinations, AirBrakes, and Tankers to obtain class-A permit. 2nd week how to enter vehicle using 3 points of contact, putting vehicle in motion. Also, learining how to maneuver back such as: Staight line back, Offset left and right back, and Parallel sight side and conventional side. How to Pretrip truck properly and how to perform Airbrake check. How to drive, logging, proper use of mirrors, lane control, left and right turns, enter/exit interstate properly etc. 3rd week is test prep half& half days for us to make sure student is on GOAL to pass test.
