By the end of this class, you will have 3 certifications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The Word portion introduces the student to the WORD desktop and its parts, how to create and navigate through a document, save it, print it and enhance it. Enhance it by learning bold, italic, font face changes, font size changes, text color changes, underline and more. You will learn how to use the Autocorrect, spell checker, insert bullets, and insert special characters, line and page formatting features, plus many more topics. A must class for the beginner. At the end of this class, you will take 1 exam and become MOS Word certified! The second class is an EXCEL certification class. Topics include: Moving around, formulas, functions, formatting, printing, inserting/deleting row&columns, sorting, filtering, graphics plus a whole lot more. At the end of the Excel class, you will take 1 exam and become MOS Excel certified. The third part is PowerPoint. This class begins with the basics of PowerPoint from using the auto-content wizard, adding new slides, using the slide layouts and using the different views. Learn how to give your presentation dimension by adding shapes with text from the drawing toolbar, adding clipart & pictures and adding a design template to bring it all together. Work with Graphs and Organizational charts. Add transitions and sounds then learn how to save time by making global changes to your presentation using the slide master. At the end of the third session, you will take an exam and become MOS PowerPoint cetified, giving you all three certifications.
None, but knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
