Bachelors degree. Some of our staff are nurses. All staff are members of the Indiana Community Health Workers Association (INCHWA).

A general, introductory, undifferentiated, or joint program in health services occupations that prepares individuals for either entry into specialized training programs or for a variety of concentrations in the allied health area. This program prepares students for the Community Health Worker examination recognized and approved by the Indiana Community Health Worker Association (INCHWA). Includes instruction in communication skills, legal and ethical responsibilities, public health, chronic disease management, behavior change, and cultural humility.
